Introduction
Wizard Perks provides AI-powered employee perks—including travel discounts, exclusive deals, and signature Wednesday giveaways—for enterprise clients like Google, LG, and ZYRA.
They partnered with The Working Assembly, a branding and design agency, for their visual identity and needed a development partner who could bring their animation-rich vision to life in Webflow.

Challenge
But the design demanded more than a standard Webflow build. The Working Assembly's vision called for sophisticated scroll-driven animations and interactive elements that would communicate a premium feel to enterprise decision-makers, and those animations needed to work flawlessly across all devices.
They needed a developer who could translate complex motion design into production-ready code.
A standard page builder approach wouldn't cut it.

Key Deliverables & Results
To meet their needs, I built a custom two-page Webflow site from the ground up, implementing multiple GSAP-powered animations that showcase Wizard Perks' platform to their enterprise audience.
The key wasn't just adding animations, it was engineering a system where complex interactions enhance rather than hinder the experience. That meant a pinned phone section with four scroll-triggered content states, a horizontal scroll section for the merchants page, and a dramatic clip-path page load animation.
For the card slider, I implemented a dual-system approach, GSAP for desktop and Swiper.js for mobile, ensuring optimal performance at every breakpoint.

The new Webflow site brings The Working Assembly's premium design vision to life with seamless, scroll-driven interactions.

Results
Wizard Perks now has an immersive web experience that positions them as a premium player in the enterprise perks space. Every scroll interaction reinforces the innovative, AI-powered nature of their platform, exactly the impression they need when pitching to enterprise decision-makers.
